All Mountain Vacations, an exciting and growing tour operator specializing in skiing, hiking and biking travel to Europe and South America, is looking for an experienced International FIT & Group Consultant, to help drive the companyÕs future growth and development.

Based in Edmonds, Washington, you will work in a great atmosphere just a few blocks from the beaches and ferries with mountains and great skiing virtually at your doorstep. The job offers a terrific opportunity to be involved in all facets of the business, handling sales, marketing and group operations and helping the Director drive the business forward in its next phase of growth.

If you are an energetic individual who shares our passion for the mountains and European/South American travel, this could be your perfect opportunity. We are looking for someone who:

Has 8 + years European travel & tour operator experience (mountain travel knowledge a plus)
Can comfortably communicate with group organizers as a consultant, sales person and operational tour production manager.
Design and manage proposals, contracts and bookings with clients and vendors; maintain relationships and records.
Produce group flyers and promotional pieces
Negotiate vendor contracts with yearly rate updates.
Serve as a potential group escort
Handle and co-manage accounts payable and receivable.
Manage profitability for individuals and groups.
Handle AMV groups and FIT leads
