Davos is the highest city
in Europe and the largest ski resort in Switzerland. Are you ready
to experience all that this winter playground has to offer? With
its spectacular scenery, high altitude skiing and descents of over
4,200 feet, Davos certainly offers some of Europe’s finest Alpine
experiences. By combining a great hotel and a good location, we
will be in a perfect position for exploring the vast Davos/Klosters
ski region. Imagine five interconnected ski areas spread out on
both sides of the valley, more than 50 lifts and 200 miles of marked
runs. From Davos, it is also easy to explore surrounding towns and
villages by train. A day trip on the Winter Panorama Express train
to world-famous St. Moritz is included! The centrally located, 4-star
Morosani Posthotel will be our home for the week. From there, it
is just a short walk to the Schatzalpbahn or a quick bus ride to
the other lift stations. The hotel features a restaurant, a rustic
lounge with open fireplace, reading corner, Pöstli Bar, Schneider’s
Bakery and Chocolate Shop, indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. All
guest rooms contain private bathroom, minibar, telephone, TV and

Garmisch-Partenkirchen & Munich,
Germany
Sample a bit of Bavaria with our four night extension
in Germany. On the scenic drive to Germany’s most famous ski resort,
we’ll enjoy an included tour of the castle from our childhood fairytales
- Neuschwanstein. Two nights in the quaint town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen
allows plenty of time for skiing and sightseeing. Breathtaking scenery,
including Germany’s highest mountain—Zugspitze, awaits us. We will
stay at the tradition-rich, 4-star Hotel Obermühle located a short
walk from the town center. Then, we’ll take a morning drive to Munich
where we will have two full days to explore this magnificent city.
Visit such sights as the Frauenkirche, Munich’s most visible landmark;
Hofbräuhaus, the world’s most famous brewery; and the Glockenspiel
at Town Hall. We’ll be staying at the centrally located,
4-star Hotel Astron Deutscher Kaiser.
