TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS
LAND ONLY RATES: Deduct credit of $640 Alps, $515 Scandinavia and $813 South America from Seattle package prices. For Chile & Argentina combination tour deduct additional $223 per person. Ask how children’s deductions apply.

DEPOSIT AND FEE GUIDELINES: No fee for quotes. A$75 booking fee is required to initiate booking. If package can be confirmed within 10% of the quoted price, the fee is non-refundable. Should arrangements not be available as offered, the booking fee will be refunded. A 30% deposit is due upon confirmation of arrangements. For bookings within 45 days of departure, full payment is required. Group payment requirements are outlined on individual flyers.

CHANGES & DEVIATIONS: $75 per person plus any vendor change fees.

ADDITIONAL CHANGES: $35 per invoice change once itinerary has been accepted.

FINAL PAYMENT: Due 45 days before departure.

CANCELLATIONS: Minimum fee $75 per person with no refunds for unused portions of packages, plus any applicable vendor cancellation fees.

AIR CANCELLATIONS: $50 per person minimum plus any fees stipulated by carriers.

PAYMENTS: Prices are based on payment by check. Add 3% for credit card payments.

BROCHURE PRICING: All prices are per person, in USD, based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to change based on actual travel dates, exchange rate fluctuation, and accommodations and air availability.

EXTRA CHARGES: Airport taxes of approximately $70 are NOT included.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Insurance is strongly recommended as an important extra cost associated with your international holiday. Information is sent at time of booking or consult www.all-mountain.com for rates.
